Eligibility for Returns
You may return any non-personalized item within 90 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, the product must be:

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Customized jerseys with personalized text, names, numbers, or patches

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"

Products that have been washed, worn, or altered
For jerseys printed with pre-selected player names/numbers, returns may be considered at the discretion of our management. Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] before initiating a return.
Return Process

Contact Us: Email [email protected] to request a return authorization (RMA) number.

Pack the Item: Securely package the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags.

Include a Note: Clearly state whether you prefer a refund or exchange, along with your order number.

Ship the Package: Send the package to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

International Returns: Customers outside the UK/EU must clearly mark the package as "UK Return – No Commercial Value" on the customs declaration to avoid import taxes. Failure to do so may result in the package being refused and returned to the sender.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or offer a store credit. Additional shipping charges may apply for exchange orders.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Restocking Fee
Items returned not in original condition may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.
